That seems like a great idea. Love it.
BTW- I have the book under your “currently reading” Healthy sleep habits etc, etc. It works. My baby goes to bed at 7:30pm and wakes about 7:00 am. He takes 2 naps ranging 1.5-2 hours each!
This is my favorite sleep book. I have used it for both of my boys and they are excellent sleepers. I usually read it again when they hit another age group.
