Menu Plan Monday – February 18

Monday – Cracker Barrel for our nephew’s birthday dinner
Tuesday - Vietnam Fried Rice
Wednesday - Lemon Chicken with Green Beans and New Potatoes, salad, rolls
Thursday – Pork Chops alla Pizzaiola, baked mashed potatoes with parmesan cheese and bread crumbs, italian chopped salad
Friday – Hillbilly Goulash, vegetable
Saturday – Breakfast - Mini Frittatas, sausage, fruit - Dinner – Chicken Tortilla Soup, honey cornbread
